1. ASHRAE Thermal & Water Quality Standards

ASHRAE W55 & W45: Water quality and temperature classes (W45 requires 17 degC to 65 degC operating range, 2 degC CDU approach temp, ~13 degC Delta-T).
ASHRAE H1 Class: High-density liquid-cooling environmental class guidelines preventing galvanic corrosion across mixed metals.
ASHRAE Manifold Velocity Limit: Fluid velocity inside Rack Manifolds and UQDs must remain strictly < 1.5 m/s.

OCP Open Rack Version 3 (ORV3): 21-inch rack standard using "OpenU" (48.00 mm / 1.89 in) pitch vs. 19-inch EIA-310-D "RU" (44.45 mm / 1.75 in) pitch.
OCP UQD / UQDB Specification Rev 2.0 & ORV3 BMQC: Governs dry-break couplings (UQD02, UQD04, UQD06, UQD08) and 3 mm blind-mate connectors.
OCP Approved Wetted Materials List (WML): Authorizes compatible wetted metals/polymers: Copper (C11000, C10200, C1220, C1100), Stainless Steel (SS302, SS303, SS304, SS316), PVDF polymer, EPDM elastomers, polypropylene, and ETFE.

JEDEC JESD22-A104: 500-hour continuous thermal cycling reliability validation for Cold Plates.
ASME B31.3: Process piping pressure testing (100 psig operating / 300 psig minimum burst pressure).
ASME E1003 & ASME E499: 100% Helium mass-spectrometry leak testing required for manifolds and couplings.
ISO 11926-1 / 11926-3 & ISO 8434-6: Thread termination standards (ORB and BSPP) assembled with calibrated torque gauges.
UL 94 V-0 & UL 94 HB: Flame-retardant ratings for EPDM/CPE inner-rack hoses (Danfoss EHW194 / FC332).

SS 564: Part 1 & Part 2 (2020): Singapore Standard for Green / Sustainable Data Centres (incorporates ISO 50001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO/IEC 30134-2 PUE, ISO/IEC 30134-3 REF).
SS 715:2025, TR 149:2026 & SS 577:2012: IT equipment energy efficiency, corporate sustainability, and water efficiency management.
BCA-IMDA Green Mark for Data Centres (GMDC) Platinum: Mandates PUE ≤ 1.3 at 100% IT load in Singapore Hub.
